Wool
Comforters and wool duvets are the same. Our
pure
wool comforters - wool duvets are filled with
wool inside and crisp pure cotton on the outside. You can be cosy
in the winter and cool in the summer. The wool duvets
and wool comforters insulate and breathe to help
regulate your body temperature. The crisp tightly woven pure soft
cotton outer shell (very high thread count insures wool doesn't
poke through). Please note - wool comforters and
wool duvets are the same thing. In the USA they
are called comforters and in New Zealand they
are called duvets. In the UK they seem to be
called both, either comforter or duvet, both are wool filled
and natural. Note that all duvets require a duvet cover. See our

Wool
comforters / wool duvets are classed by weight per meter
- our duvets are 350 and 500 gsm (grams per meter). The
cotton is finely woven
and highest quality for peak performance and ultimate softness.
The high thread count guarantees the wool is kept inside
for insulation
and the soft cotton molds to your body. Wool duvet bedding
does not develop cold spots - quilting of the wool comforters
holds the wool in place so there are no hot and cold spots. No
feathers! Wool will not move around.

Please
note that there are many inferior wool comforters
now available. Many are made in China and are lessor quality and
light weight. Less wool inside means you will not have the necessary
loft to keep you insulated and warm.
Wool
duvets are moth and dust mite resistant and non allergenic.
The wool duvet bedding comforters can be hand washed
with a wool detergent before using a gentle spin cycle or drycleaned.
They are not suitable to put in a dryer.

Wool
Duvets come in two weights, 350gsm (grams per metre) or
500gsm. The 500gsm duvet is best for year round comfort. If your
home is central heated (warm all night or you live in a mild climate
- the 350gsm weight is plenty.
Wool Duvets
